Giveaway!

Hi everybody!
I was kind of busy this week and I have some news. I became an USA citizen!!! afer studing hard, going to the interviews and spending a lot of money I am finally an American.
To celebrate I am going to give a print to the winner. Just leave a comment here.
I am going to put pictures of available prints in the next blog entry so you can choose.

In other news, some of you know I am on a diet and I lost 15 pounds! Some things brought anxiety to my life this year. My husband changed jobs, he was working here in Houston during the week while I stayed at home in Dallas. I moved, I change church, etc.
I am reading Dr Phil books and they are working for me. I am taking pictures and I will post the before and after pics.

No new art for ebay or Etsy this week. I don't know if you notice a new link ==> "New order commissioned art..." it worked and I have so many pieces to finish before Christmas that I am not taking more commissioned art at this moment.
Ok, good luck with the giveaway and I'll post the prints later :)
bye for now

Hey, why is everyone losing weight except me? Must be all that Halloween candy I have been eating.
Well, congratulations to you, not only on your weight loss, but especially to your citizenship! How wonderful! God bless you in all your endeavors.

I am so happy for you and for our country who gets another voter. I understand about you being anxious with the moving and all. It took me so long to get used to living away from my hometown. Just relax when you can. I've learned that most things are not as bad as they seem to us.Good luck.

Congratulations Adri ! YAY ! I didn't realize you were an American citizen before.

You know...I'm feeling kind of depressed about that store I wanted to open. It looks like it's not going to happen with a physical store.

I think it would be best to start with an online store and I will have to do that when the kids are all in school. It's too hard to do anything right now. It's like trying to shovel snow in a snowstorm. I don't know what I was thinking ! I was just at the Bluebonnet Craft show at St. Cyril on Westheimer and was thinking about just selling at the craft shows like that and various events around town so I can have breaks in between events.

I need some tips on how to lose some weight and keep it off. I need to lose about 25 pounds. What diet did you use ?

Hi Adri,

Congratulations on becoming a US citizen. I am sure you studied hard for this and you have earned it. I am happy to have you as a fellow American! Most of all though, I am happy that I found you and your art!

Ciao amica,

Thank you so much everybody!
I didn't get the chance to vote this year, just because they wanted me to register 30 days before Election Day and I didn't have enough time.
Andy, thank you but I rather to keep it natural and stick with what is working (Dr Phil books on weight loss and diet)
Dawn, don’t get discouraged, sometimes we have dreams that we can fulfill little by little.
I will be selling my art here 5 blocks away from my house every first Saturday in a little art festival that the neighborhood has every month. You can check it out their flickr account is here http://www.flickr.com/photos/artvalet
You get to know the people and you don’t have to invest so much money.
Again everybody thank you so much all your comments means a lot to me!
