Busy Christmas season

I am sooo excited. Yesterday I finished my last commission for Christmas.
I think I had to much confidence in myself and I accepted a lot of commissions so I had to work a lot!
These paintings were made for 3 sisters. And this is what I didn't tell you in my last post. On Mistletoe Madness (the Christmas art festival) I met the owner of The Homestretch and she asked me if I wanted to have my paintings in her store.
I accepted so now my paintings will be for sale locally there.
I am very excited because her store is so beautiful and there are other artist that I really like there too.
And the best for last. My 9 year old Ashley started painting. She is very good at drawing but she didn't paint much before.
She did this "Cow on the Moon" painting, a 5x7 acrylic on canvas and she asked me to open an Etsy store for her and after reading about kid's accounts, I opened her store and she sold the painting. That girl was sooo happy!
Her Etsy shop is www.ashliliart.etsy.com

Congradulations on the shop and to your little girl for selling that painting. That is so great. I will have to show my daughters who are the same age. They just love to do art too. I just set up an Etsy shop myself and will list after the holidays. I think I need to start following your lead. You are a few steps ahead of me and doing exactly what I want to do. Any tips? Feel free to throw them my way!

Did you paint the same thing three times on the paintings for the sisters? How was that?
