Working on pendants and new video

I have many things to do this month. I had big commissions and an art festival on April 10th. While I rest my eyes from the commissions, I am making pretty things for the festival, like this pendants.
I stopped making videos because it was very hard to do it with my camera, but now I got a flip video camera and it is very easy. I notice it is not very good focusing but I will learn to use it better.
Well, I made a video tutorial of "How to make scrabble tile pendants" with information I gather here and there. I didn't buy a tutorial for this one, just trial and error and a little research.

I hope you like it.

Adri-

Your tutorials are simple to understand and great:). I do dominos similar to you, with my artwork or mini collages.

However, i did not think to seal w/mod podge first and then the diamond glaze- and wondered why some images smeared, thinking it to be my copy paper. Thank you!

I have never used the silver bales(sp?), so will try for appropriate pieces. I drill a hole in the domino at the top, after the image is on and dry. Then I put glue in the hole and tap in mini grommets to coordinate the color with the image. They come out quite smartly.

I can see why the silver bale is appropriate for the scrabble tiles.

What file did you say you went to in Photoshop? I could not hear it clearly.

Thank you once again. Love your work!:)

PS- Where do you get the Lisa Pabelka(sp?)Magic Gloss?

I have tried Paper Glaze and some other products, but prefer the Diamond Glaze, although it can be hard to find sometimes.

I never heard of the Lisa P. Magic Gloss one that you mentioned.

Great tutorial! I can't wait to make my own :)
One thought on the focus of your camera...maybe it doesn't work so well on close objects? In any case, your explanations were so good the focus was not an issue. Thank you!

Thank you so much girls. Stacie, thanks for the feature!
Lydia, I said that I use the measurement of a regular page 8.5 x 11. I use real measurements when I work on Photoshop so I just measure the image with a ruler and then I manipulate the image on Photoshop with the same measurement.
