I ask my husband what he wanted for our anniversary and he really wanted a painting. He came up with all these imagery of Jesus. He wanted the Alpha and the Omega and every aspect of the picture has a meaning. I added the middle one that is called "Salvation" and has the beginning of John 3:16 on the cross. Jesus is looking up because He did everything that he saw his father do. I will post the entire meaning, that is quite extensive, later. Eric, my husband, was very please and we gave these 3 paintings a special place on top of our couch.

Oh, I love them! I love it when artists are brave enough to paint Jesus. What other subject could be better? Check out my blog in the next couple of days. I'll be posting a big 'last supper' I'm working on. Not even NEARLY finished but I want to get some input on it from fellow bloggers.
